Your subscription, seats, and campaigns
One base plan covers one campaign: you as DM plus six player seats. An add-on doubles the table, and your account can hold more than one campaign, each billed as its own slot on the same subscription.
Slots, in plain terms
Your account carries a single subscription. The base plan is one slot, currently listed at €11 a month or €110 a year, and one slot is one campaign. Starting a second or third campaign adds another slot to that same subscription for €7 a month each: one invoice, one renewal date, however many campaigns you are running. The pricing panel on the homepage shows the current figures for your own market, the yearly rate of every add-on, and what a chosen set of campaigns comes to.
A bigger table
A campaign's six seats can be expanded to twelve for €3 a month on top, attached to whichever campaign needs it. That expansion can move to a different campaign on the same account, but at most once every 30 days.
Always-on
For €5 a month a campaign is kept loaded and opens instantly at any hour, instead of waking on the first visit. It is per campaign, and it rides the same subscription and billing cycle as everything else.
Pausing versus cancelling
Pausing a campaign is a free, instant, self-serve switch: nobody can sign in while it is paused, nothing is deleted, and bringing it back is one click, any time. It has nothing to do with billing.
Cancelling ends the paid slot itself. You keep the campaign running for whatever you have already paid for, up to the end of the current period. Nothing changes the day you cancel. After that period ends, the campaign stops serving and the published wind-down begins: a window to export everything, then deletion, then removal from backups. The exact timeline, and how to get your data out before it closes, is on the your data page.
Leaving with everything you wrote is a standing promise. See your data for the three export formats and how the 30-day window works.
